Managing Mac App Store availability for iPhone and iPad apps
Your compatible apps will be published automatically on the Mac App Store, unless you edit their availability. Compatibility with macOS is determined by Apple, and you can manage an app's availability in App Store Connect at any time. If you do not have appropriate rights for your app to operate on macOS, you agree to update its availability.

Replacing iPhone and iPad apps with a Mac app
If your iPhone or iPad app is published on the Mac App Store, you can replace it with a Mac version of the app by adding the macOS platform in App Store Connect and releasing the Mac app on the Mac App Store. All users on Mac will have the app updated to the Mac version.

If your iPhone or iPad app offers universal purchase with an existing Mac app, the option to offer it on the Mac App Store will not be available.
